B | 10月30日，省政府新闻办召开新闻发布会，省消防救援总队主要负责人在会上介绍了今年我省消防宣传月活动有关情况，并简要介绍全省消防救援队伍改革转制以来的主要工作情况。　　据介绍，今年，全省将开展消防主官走进直播间、蓝焰市集、消防平安行等十大特色主题活动，通过培训演练、参观体验、新媒体直播等多种形式，大力普及消防安全常识和防灾减灾救灾的知识。

C | 　　特色主题活动主要包含五大方面内容。开展消防安全参观体验。消防宣传月期间，全省消防救援队站、应急消防科普教育基地全部对外开放，各地还将举办大型消防主题市集，设置消防文创、装备体验、“蓝朋友”合影等场景，让公众沉浸式体验消防文化。开展消防安全教育培训。

D | 联合重点行业部门开展针对性消防安全培训，持续对社区民警、网格员、保安员、物业服务企业员工等重点岗位人员开展消防专业培训，进一步夯实基层群防群治基础。开展消防宣传进企业、进农村、进社区、进学校、进家庭“五进”活动。广泛开展消防宣传“五个一”：安排各类学校上一堂消防安全课，组织企业职工开展一次消防安全隐患排查，号召居民家庭绘制一张逃生路线图，推动社区开展一次电动自行车消防安全检查，动员乡村开展一次消防安全技能培训。开展“消防平安行”活动。通过打造消防地铁专列、设置共享单车消防安全提示音等形式，增强社会公众消防安全意识。开展新闻媒体“话消防”活动。通过案例解读和互动交流等多种形式，压紧压实消防安全责任。　　作为同老百姓贴得最近、联系最紧的队伍，长期以来，消防救援队伍有警必出、闻警即动，奋战在人民群众最需要的地方。省消防救援总队主要负责人介绍，队伍改革转制以来，全省消防安全责任体系进一步健全，提请省人大修订《辽宁省消防条例》，推动省政府出台《火灾事故责任调查规定》等4部地方政府文件，制定出台《省乡镇、街道消防安全检查工作若干规定》等6个规范性文件，为消防工作奠定了坚实基础。

E | 　　消防综合治理效能进一步强化。深入开展消防安全专项整治三年行动、治本攻坚三年行动等，针对人员密集场所、高层建筑、大型综合体、电动自行车、城镇燃气等场所和领域开展专项治理，明确托育机构、校外培训机构、剧本娱乐场所等新兴领域行业管理责任，逐步建立电动自行车“全链条”安全监管模式和电气焊安全管理协作机制。提请地方党委政府挂牌督办一批重大火灾隐患单位，累计检查社会单位66.3万家次，督改火灾隐患165.8万处，有效维护了全省社会面火灾形势持续平稳。

F | 　　综合应急救援能力进一步提升。结合我省灾害事故特点和规律，组建地震、水域、雨雪冰冻等8类专业队102支，组织大型综合体、地震、水域救援等实战演练18次，开展激流、绳索、冰域救援技术培训20期，培训专业骨干2600余人次。今年前9个月，全省接处警72979起，营救疏散群众9324人，平均每6分钟处置一起突发警情，为保护人民生命财产安全和社会稳定作出了应有贡献。　　今年，省市县三级消防救援机构加挂消防救援局牌子，各级消防救援队伍更加积极地融入当地党委政府工作大局，承担属地消防监督管理职责，规范建设管理地方政府专职消防队伍，全面落实消防执法规范化建设，推动消防安全治理模式向事前预防转型，更好服务地方经济社会发展。责任编辑：刘春阳。
